Whether you’re already HOOK’D or want to see what the hype is all about, I invite you try out the HOOK’D TO THE HUSTLE: 14 DAYS OF FITNESS CHALLENGE. Over the course of two weeks, you'll focus on bringing movement into your daily life. The ultimate goal of this challenge is to form sustainable habits that contribute to living an active, balanced lifestyle.

 

You can follow this challenge for the full 14 days or simply pull workouts from it to incorporate into your existing workout routine.

 

The workouts in this challenge are functional strength-based TABATA circuits with cardio bursts. Each workout focuses on developing strength in patterns that are used in everyday life. This program also includes a variety of compound movements to test your mind-body connection and to ensure you get the most out of each workout. 

 

TABATA is a type of HIIT (high-intensity interval training) that consists of exercises performed for a designated number of seconds followed by a brief period of rest. 

 

This style of training is ideal for burning fat (by keeping the heart rate elevated) and improving both muscular strength and endurance (by using light to medium weight and doing a medium to high range of repetitions).

 

You’ll need approximately 45 minutes to complete the warm-up, TABATA circuit and cool-down.
